I could not be happier with the team from Tree Culture Their quote was accurate, they were punctual, knowledgeable and they were neat and efficient. These guys are great. Professional from the get go. Great communication re quotes and times. On the day they arrived on time and operated with military precision, the team are very good. At each step I was communicated with and asked for what I wanted and if I was happy. When they finished it was if they weren't here, the backyard was cleaned up really well. Scheduled for a quote. Called me the day before to move time from morning to afternoon (no problem there); I rearranged my day to be home for the new time. Scheduled appointment time came and went and nobody turned up or called to advise they couldn’t make it. Called number and got voicemail, advised that I had an appointment and nobody showed up. Several days later have not heard from them.Very disappointing.
